Can I save my progress and come back to it later?
Yes. This happens automatically so once you log back in, you will get a message asking if you would like to resume where you left off?
What happens if I forget my username and/or password?
To reset your password, click on the 'Forgot Password?' text on the login screen, enter your email address, and then click submit.

- If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk mail filter
If you don't remember which email address you used to register, email support with your full name and the subject 'OWNA Course User' we will confirm your email address.
How can I get a receipt of payment?
Once you have purchased the course, you will be emailed a receipt of purchase to the email address you used to register your account.
How do I get access to the Course Handbook?
The course handbook is a locked/protected document to prevent unauthorised distribution. Please enter your OWNA Courses Password to open the document, then again once the document loads.
