Parents - Casually Book Care
Allows parent to be able to casually book their child in for care via the App
Bookings need to be Opened up via your Centre before you can book a day! Each center can decide on the Minimum Cancellation Period and also be able to enter a unique fee for the booking as needed.
Book a Casual Day
1. In the App (Logged in as parent)
2. Click on **+** to begin
3. Select **Casual Booking** to add child
4. The screen will display on a week by week basis. Find the date you would like to book
AVAILABLE DAY: If it is available it will be displayed in green.
1. Click on the day.
2. Click on the Book this day.
3. Booking confirmation will appear on the screen
UNAVAILABLE DAY: If it is not available a bell icon will display.
1. Click on the bell.
2. Click on Yes if you want to be alerted if this day becomes available.
3. A notification will appear on the screen.
CANCEL BOOKING: If you need to cancel a booking you have made (24HR prior)
1. In the App (Logged in as parent)
2. Click on **+** to begin
3. Select **Casual Booking** & click on the ℹ in the top right corner.
4. Swipe right to left, Click on Delete and confirm the cancellation.
