Support Chat

Live chat is available for Premium subscribers via the web/admin portal during business hours.

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Sydney Time)

1. In the admin portal, click the 'Online Chat Support' button at the bottom of the main menu.
2. Check that your name and email is correct, then click Start Chat

1. Click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of this page (or any other help centre guide)
2. Click New Conversation
3. Enter your details
4. Click Start Chat
